An American professional point and shooting gard, played for Philadelphia 76ers in 1996 NBA Draft, 11-time NBA All-Star, one of the most prolific scorers in the NBA history, considered small statured even if he's six foot tall! He was married and has five children, with his wife Tawwina.
He's often described as a man with neck-tatoos and an extensive criminal history. Iverson was once described as a person who would “either drink himself into oblivioun or gamble his life away”. (Smith, 2010). And in fact that's what he did, he gambled and drank away all his money. His gambling problems were severe enough that he was banned from casinos in Detroit and Atlantic City. Eventually, he had to go to play basketball in Turkey to start picking the pieces of his life again.

1997: Arrested for carrying a hidden weapon and possession of marijuana – sentenced to community service
2000: Recorded a rap single with controversial lyrics called “40 bars”. The lyrics were so bad that he was unable to release it as is, and although later he agreed to change the lyrics, the album was never released.

2005 – On December 9th, Allen was playing poker at the Trump Taj Mahal, where he won a hand at a three-card-stud poker. By mistake, the dealer paid him an extra $10,000 in chips and as soon as he realized the mistake and asked for the chips back, Iverson refused and the situation turned into an intense heated argument with the casino staff.
