Melon with Taquilla and Honey.

    Hi People now is summer and cholate and creammy sweets are litle difficult to swallow so i have prepared for you an easy really enjoyable desert.

    All you are going to need is :

    1 medium size Melon
    one glass of pure honey
    2 shots of good quality taquilla
    zest of lime
    fresh leaves of mint

    Preperation:

    cut in half the melon and take out the seeds, use an ice cream scoop to scoop the melon in balls and put them in a large ball, then put in the ball the honey the taquila and the lime zest all together and mix.

    Cover the ball and put it for an hour or two in the refrigirator.All the flavours would be mix together and marinated.

    Take out the ball from the rerigirator take indivitual ice creap cups put 3-4 melon balls with some of the honey juice from the bottom from the ball and put some more lime zest on the top, then shrink some mint leaves on top for decoration.

    I reassure you peple that this it will be one of your beloved summer deserts!

    Tip:more you leave the mixture in the refrigirator the more the flavoure becomes intense.
