    Personally, i’ve always been fond of the fruit related pun. Even if it is a bit obnoxious.

    Joke Teller: Knock, Knock
    Knocker: Who’s there?
    Joke Teller: Banana
    Knocker: Banana Who?
    Joke Teller: Knock, knock
    Knocker: Orange
    Joke Teller: Orange, WHO?!
    Knocker: Orange you glad I didn’t say Banana?!
